Colombia Views: The Food & Culture Of Medellín

Medellín is the capital of Colombia’s mountainous Antioquia province. Nicknamed the “City of Eternal Spring” for its temperate weather, it hosts a famous annual Flower Festival. Modern metrocables link the city to surrounding barrios and offer views of the Aburrá Valley below. Sculptures by Fernando Botero decorate downtown’s Botero Plaza, while the Museo de Antioquia displays more of the Colombian artist’s work. 

Incredible food, amazing art, friendly people all nestled in a breathtaking landscape. Medellin was my first visit to South America, believe it or not and I was captivated by everything it and Colombia has to offer. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is a Bulgarian Orthodox cathedral in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Built in Neo-Byzantine style, it serves as the cathedral church of the Patriarch of Bulgaria and it is one of the 50 largest Christian church buildings by volume in the world.

Missouri Views: Rainbow Trout At Roaring River

Located in the southwest Ozark hills, Roaring River State Park is one of three state parks stocked with rainbow trout. Eager anglers flock to the park year-round to try and catch their lunker trout.

Wat Prong Akat (วัดโพรงอากาศ), is located in Bang Nam Priao District. Chachoengsao Province. This temple is another beautiful temple where is admired by the people. Currently, the construction of Ganesha (Thep Thanjai) is in progress. Which will be the biggest Ganesha statue in Asia. “Phra Artikarn Somchai Putsaro” is the abbot of Prong Akat Temple. Wat Prong Akat is located in Bang Nam Priao District. The temple was built in 1977 with the great pagoda, outstandingly beautiful, and it is the place that enshrined the Buddha’s relics called “Phra Uraka” that came from India.

City Walking Tour: Sibiu In Transylvania, Romania (4K)

Sibiu is a city in Transylvania, central Romania. It’s known for Germanic architecture in its old town, the legacy of 12th-century Saxon settlers. Around the city are the remains of medieval walls and towers, including the 13th-century Council Tower. In the upper town, Brukenthal Palace now houses the Brukenthal National Museum, with European paintings. The nearby Evangelical Cathedral has gravestones in its walls.

The Arab-Norman Sant’Andrea cathedral at the heart of town, with its striped Byzantine facade, survives from this era. The Museo Arsenale Amalfi is a medieval shipyard-turned-exhibition space.

Budva is a town in Montenegro on the Adriatic Sea. Part of the Budva Riviera, it’s known for sandy beaches and nightlife. Stone walls built by the Venetians surround the narrow streets of the medieval old town (Stari Grad). This historic district is home to a seaside citadel and religious sites such as the Church of Santa Maria in Punta, established in the 9th century.
