Hiking Tours: Sigmund-Thun Gorge In Austria (4K)
Where tremendous glaciers once covered the land, today one of Austria’s most astonishing spectacles of nature awaits amazed visitors. The gorge in Kaprun combines breathtaking beauty with mystical scenery and experiences that leave lasting memories.
Some 14,000 years ago, during the late ice age, a glacier completely covered the valley of Kaprun and gorged its way through the calcareous schist rocks of the Maiskogel and the Bürgkogel mountains. When the glacier melted, it left behind a gorge through which the river Ache of Kaprun ran. The river dug itself 32 metres deep into the ground and left behind strikingly smooth surfaces and natural whirlpools. Visitors move along narrow rock faces across wooden catwalks and numerous other bridges. Make sure not to miss the white water spectacle of Kaprun’s Ache River!

In this video we are smoking some of my favorite fish; Copper River Red Salmon. We caught the salmon ourselves earlier this summer. We are using a simple brine made of water, salt and pure maple syrup. The smoking itself takes about two hours once the fish is properly dried. It is absolutely delicious.

English Cottages: ‘Micro-Hamlet’ Of Dulwich, UK
With its white weather boarded exterior, blue plantation shutters, lush sprawling garden and exquisite interiors, you may well think that this enchanting Georgian property was situated by the coast in Cornwall, or even tucked away amongst the lavender in Provence.

Situated in ‘its own private micro hamlet’ in the Sydenham Hill Conservation Area of Mount Gardens, the property has undergone a complete renovation, having been transformed into a ‘bright and airy four bedroom detached home that is full of character.’
The results really will inspire – with a kitchen/dining room that flows seamlessly out into the leafy garden, that leads to a covered outdoor terrace. Also helping to create a flow between indoor and outdoor living is a garden room plus a detached art studio/ separate annexe.
