Vieux Colmar is known for its canals, cobbled streets lined with half-timbered houses, and Alsatian restaurants. Cultural treasures include the medieval Isenheim Altarpiece at Unterlinden Museum; the House of Heads, with grotesques by Bartholdi; and St. Martin’s Collegiate, a Gothic church.
