Brighton is a seaside resort and one of the two main areas of the City of Brighton and Hove. Located on the south coast of England, in the county of East Sussex, it is 47 miles south of London. Archaeological evidence of settlement in the area dates back to the Bronze Age, Roman and Anglo-Saxon periods.

Beach Walks: Caleta De Fuste In Canary Islands
Caleta de Fuste is a resort town on Fuerteventura, one of Spain’s Canary Islands, off northwestern Africa. It’s known for its golf courses and sheltered beach, which is in a cove by the marina. Nearby is El Castillo, an 18th-century defensive tower. North of town, the Dreams House Museum displays model trains and vintage toys. To the south is the Salinas del Carmen salt works, with a salt museum and whale skeleton.
Village Walk: Dolceacqua In Northwestern Italy (4K)
Dolceacqua is a comune in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 120 kilometres southwest of Genoa and about 35 kilometres west of Imperia, on the border with France.
The first official document that quotes Dolceacqua dates back to 1151, when the accounts of Ventimiglia had the first heart of the castle built at the top of the rocky speron overlooking the creek where the valley tightens and forks: the Roja valley on one side, the Val Nervia on the other.
In 1270 Dolceacqua was purchased by the Doria of Genoa and over the centuries the “Earth” was developed in the town that stands at the foot of the castle.

Sibiu is a city in Transylvania, central Romania. It’s known for Germanic architecture in its old town, the legacy of 12th-century Saxon settlers. Around the city are the remains of medieval walls and towers, including the 13th-century Council Tower. In the upper town, Brukenthal Palace now houses the Brukenthal National Museum, with European paintings. The nearby Evangelical Cathedral has gravestones in its walls.
Village Walks: Varenna On Lake Como, Northern Italy
Varenna is a very romantic and suggestive place, overlooking the waters of the Lario. In Lombardy, it is perhaps the most suitable destination if you want to treat yourself to an alternative weekend. Varenna, just over 700 inhabitants, is a village located in the province of Lecco, about 20 minutes from the city.
The beating heart of the village is its central square, overlooked by the Church of San Giorgio. The building, dating back to the thirteenth century, was built on the foundations of an ancient Roman temple and is a splendid example of medieval Lombard architecture. A few steps away, on the opposite side of the square, we can admire the Church of San Giovanni Battista, dating back to the 11th century. Both religious buildings preserve, inside them, precious frescoes and some pictorial fragments of ancient origins.
Venice Walks: Santa Croce To Cannaregio District
Santa Croce is a laid-back, slightly off-the-beaten-track area with a local vibe. After school, kids play in Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, and this square and nearby streets are home to casual eateries serving global cuisine. On the Grand Canal, the imposing Fondaco dei Turchi features exhibits on natural history while the nearby Ca’ Pesaro palace showcases contemporary art and Asian decorative arts.
Lively Cannaregio is known for the 16th-century Jewish Ghetto. The Strada Nova is a popular local shopping thoroughfare, and the backstreets are a destination for crafts and vintage goods. Casual canalside restaurants and bars line nearby Fondamenta della Misericordia and Fondamenta dei Ormesini. The stately Ca’ d’Oro palace displays a Renaissance art collection.
